Exclusive camera bag design, inspired by photographer Herbie Yamaguchi's shooting style and his photographs.
“The bag should not only protect the camera well, but it should also feel like a camera carrier.
What is important is to realize a symbiosis between function and fashion” This camera bag was designed in collaboration with his request.

The drawstring style bag, which is realized by utilizing the suppleness of horsehide leather, has a wide opening and closure that is tightened all at once with a single strap, eliminating elements that could damage the camera as much as possible, and the strap is designed to be shifted to the side so that it does not get in the way. Special details unique to this bag will attract you, such as the lining printed with a photograph by photographer Herbie Yamaguchi and a message engraved on the leather parts of the bag's opening.

Photographer's bag "A Snowy Day London 1979" edition is limited to 155 pieces for all types.

＜Matte silver brass＞
Matte silver brass refers to brass fittings that have been painted silver and then matted with polished stones. It is finished with a color texture that is less noticeable so as not to add an ostentatious impression to the photographer's attire. The paint film is strong and does not chip off easily, but the underlying brass fittings may become visible over time. Made as an homage to the silver chrome of Leica M-type and vintage cameras.

〈About the leather material〉
This bag is made of two kinds of European raw horsehide leather. The body and the belt of the bag are made of soft horsehide leather that is comfortable to touch, while the back of the belt is made of vegetable tanned horsehide leather vegetable, which is firm and taut. By combining these two types of leathers, we have created a bag that is soft but has a solid structure. Both are 100% dyed authentic leathers finished with the natural texture of the skin.

〈About the print on the lining〉
"A Snowy Day London 1979" a photograph taken by Herbie Yamaguchi in London in 1979, is faithfully printed from the original photograph using Viscotecs®︎ （Seiren co.,ltd.）, which can delicately print data in 16.77 million colors on fabric. The "Dancing flag London 1981" edition photographer's bag with this lining will be produced in a limited edition of 160 pieces. Made in Japan

〈Material characteristics of horsehide leather you should understand 〉
“Horsehide leather" is adult horsehide leather. Because horses are more athletic than other animals, their skin bears various signs of their entire lives. Vascular striations, scratches, healed wounds, insect bites, disease scars, uneven skin coloration, etc., are some of the characteristics of horsehide leather. (Please refer to the examples in the photos.)
Only suitable material is used for Photographers' bags quality, but the proof of horses’ life is left in the bag as a natural texture. Please purchase with the understanding that this is a characteristic of the material.
The same applies to "steerhide leather" (cattle leather), which is used for the back of the belt and leaves various living proofs of a lifetime on the skin.

Due to the recent rise in global material prices, as well as a review of the sewing labor costs for our craftsmen, the price of the 'A Snowy Day London 1979' edition has increased significantly compared to the 'After the rain London 1975' edition. In particular, the increase in sewing labor costs was due to the fact that it was taking more time than originally envisaged in the production time range.
